These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crew mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Crew

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Crew. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account.

Activities and conduct

Crew helps people organise and join real-world physical activities. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct when participating in or hosting activities. Assess your own fitness, follow local laws, and use good judgement when meeting people in person.

You agree not to use Crew to harass, endanger, deceive or harm others, to post unlawful or misleading content, or to organise unlawful activities. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risks. Crew does not vet activities, hosts or participants, and is not a party to any activity you join. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you participate at your own risk and Crew is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from activities arranged through the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Crew a licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

Termination

You can stop using Crew and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
